What we collect
- When you send the contact form: your name, phone number, the ZIP code of the job, the problem you picked and anything you write in the message box.

- When you browse: our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to run and protect the site. With your OK, analytics cookies also record which pages you visit and whether you tap a phone number.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your request: to call you back, set the visit, and pass the job to the licensed plumbing company that does the work. We also use them to keep records of calls and requests, to stop spam, and to see which pages help people.
We don’t sell your details for money, and we don’t use them for advertising outside this request.
Who sees it
- The independent plumbing company that takes your job, so it can contact you and do the work.
- Service providers who run parts of the site for us: website hosting (Cloudflare), call tracking, and analytics (Google Analytics, only with your consent). They may use the data only to provide their service to us.
- Anyone the law requires us to share it with.
Cookies and storage
The site saves one small entry in your browser to remember your cookie choice. That is necessary for the site to work and doesn’t identify you.
If you choose “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) that count visits and phone taps per page. They last up to two years. If you choose “Necessary only”, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, or clear cookies in your browser.
Calls and texts after a form
Sending the form gives us permission to call or text the number you entered about that request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
How long we keep it

This site is for adults arranging plumbing work. We don’t knowingly collect details from anyone under 16.
