These terms apply to chicagoplumbworks.com and the phone number on it, run by Chicago Plumbworks. By using the site or calling the number you agree to them. They were last changed on October 22, 2026.
What the site is
Chicago Plumbworks is a marketing company. We answer calls and requests and pass each job to an independent, licensed plumbing company. We are not a plumbing contractor and don’t perform plumbing work. The disclaimer, linked at the bottom of every page, explains the arrangement in full.
The plumbing work
Any agreement for plumbing work is between you and the plumbing company that does it. That company is responsible for its work, its prices, its permits and any warranty it gives. Read what it gives you before you approve the job.
Information on the site
Pages about plumbing problems, costs and Chicago buildings are general information. They aren’t an inspection, a quote or professional advice for your building, and they can go out of date. In an emergency involving gas or electricity, get everyone out and call 911.
Using the site
Don’t send false requests, spam, or anything that harms the site or other people. Don’t copy the site’s text or drawings for another website.
Limits on our responsibility
We provide the site and the phone line as they are. To the extent the law allows, Chicago Plumbworks isn’t liable for the work of any plumbing company, for delays, or for losses that come from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Illinois law that can’t be limited.
Privacy and cookies
How we handle your details and cookies is in the privacy policy.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. If they change, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
